Additional Provisions for EU/EEA Residents (GDPR)

The following additional rights and information apply to users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA) and European Union (EU) under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Legal Basis for Data Processing

The Company processes your personal data based on the following legal grounds:

  • Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR): Data processing for ad personalization is based on your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the Consent Management Platform (CMP) within the app.
  • Performance of a Contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): Data processing necessary for managing subscriptions and processing purchases.
  • Legitimate Interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): Collection of crash reports to improve app stability and prevention of fraudulent use.

  • Advertising Data: Through Google AdMob, device identifiers and ad interaction data may be collected, subject to your consent.
  • Crash Reports: Through Firebase Crashlytics, anonymous crash reports (device model, OS version, stack traces) are collected. No personally identifiable information is included.
  • Purchase Information: Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. The Company does not directly collect or store payment information.
Third-Party Data Sharing

The Company may share data with the following third-party service providers:
